There's a name for it. It's called the Mental Blindspot™, and this $5 book gives you the exact playbook to help your athlete close the gap between practice and performance.
Trusted by hundreds of youth athletes and their families.
This is high-performance mental training backed by evidence and real-world application.

Your athlete puts in the work. Extra reps. Extra training. Extra everything. But when the game starts, something shifts. The confidence disappears. The mistakes snowball. And the car ride home is miserable for everyone.
It's not effort. It's not talent. It's a hidden gap between how they train and how they compete, and most families never learn how to close it.
Why talented athletes underperform in competition and exactly what's happening in their head when they "freeze"
The same mental rehearsal techniques used by elite athletes, simplified so your kid can start using them this week
What to say (and what to stop saying) before, during, and after competition to build confidence instead of accidentally undermining it
How to help your athlete bounce back from errors in real time instead of spiraling through the rest of the game
Candid examples from young athletes who've used these exact tools to transform how they compete

"On the field and in the classroom, he has become a new kid. The tools he's been given can continue to be used in the future. Well worth it."

"A tremendous difference in our children's athletic performance and overall maturity. I highly recommend an investment in the mental side of athletic performance."

"Real tangible results. The care shown for your child is above and beyond."

Keith Emery is a career football coach with more than two decades of experience leading athletes and programs at the high school and collegiate levels. His background includes serving as a head coach in both high school and NCAA Division III football, as well as supporting Division I programs through analysis, recruiting coordination, and day-to-day operations. Across these roles, Coach Emery has been responsible for building structure, setting standards, and guiding athletes through the consistent demands of preparation, execution, and accountability.
Coach Emery's coaching philosophy has been shaped by environments where performance is earned through disciplined habits and clear decision-making. Whether building a program from the ground up or contributing within a high-pressure Division I setting, he has focused on helping athletes understand how mindset, focus, and response to challenge directly affect outcomes. He values clarity over noise, process over emotion, and ownership over excuses, and he works to create spaces where athletes can develop trust in their preparation.
Coaching with the Mental Performance Center (TM) aligns naturally with how Coach Emery has approached development throughout his career. He believes mental skills should be trained deliberately and applied consistently, just as physical and technical skills are. MPC’s emphasis on preparation, self-awareness, and practical tools allows him to support athletes in building confidence, resilience, and competitive clarity that shows up when it matters most.
For less than a sports drink, you can give your athlete the mental tools that separate confident competitors from talented kids who can't get out of their own way.
